Hi, I’m Me'kelle Brosnan

I'm a Certified Holistic Nutrition + Fitness Coach dedicated to helping moms in the early motherhood years find their ideal weight + health so they can thrive in motherhood with energy + confidence.

I have always been passionate about health AND being a mother.  I graduated with my Exercise Science degree and then finished the BASI Pilates Certification Program.

As a personal trainer who was proud of my fitness, I was surprised the effect postpartum had on my body and mind.  I lost the baby weight easily (Hello undiagnosed anxiety) but struggled with my hormones + mental health.

My Journey Into Becoming A Holistic Health Coach...

I started to pursue natural healing.  I was desperate to feel balanced in my moods and energy I had always dreamed of having as a mother.

I went on to buy my first Pilates studio. I loved coaching pre/postnatal women specifically to have more strength and energy in pregnancy and postpartum. I wanted to work more holistically with mothers and be with my children more. So I decided to sell my studio and go back to school for Holistic Health Coaching. 

But One Day, Something Amazing Happened….

I received the validation I needed that my symptoms were not "normal" postpartum experiences.  After seeking treatment for my hormones and gut health, I found out the intuitive health habits I had before motherhood…journaling, meditating, exercising, and eating nourishing whole foods, were the keys I was missing postpartum. But I had no idea how to integrate them into my lifestyle as a mom of a toddler.

From This Moment On, My Life Changed Forever 

 I discovered HOW to incorporate and prioritize holistic + simple lifestyle habits and healing nutrition meant to restore my energy, heal my diastasis, and balance my hormones.

My “mom brain” started to disappear and I could focus better. I finally felt strong again and confident in how my body looked again.  I couldn't stop sharing how holistic health changed my health and motherhood. I broke free from survival mode and thrived as a mom.

I decided to help other mothers find the same breakthrough I had experienced after repeating the healing journey 3 more times. So I went back to school to get my certifications to coach women on how to heal their bodies + reclaim their energy too.
